Richard J. Campagna brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to Carolina Coast Holdings, growing up as the son and partner of a real estate builder / developer. He began his career in Raleigh, NC as a project manager for Plaza Associates. Starting with the housing group, where he worked on multi-family residential developments ($10,000,000+), he quickly learned the development business. As a result of his success, he was transferred to the hundred-million-dollar shopping center division a year later and found himself building and developing retail shopping centers around the Southeastern United States. In January, 1990, Richard formed a partnership in Wilmington, NC with his father. Today, Carolina Coast Holdings is active in property acquisition, development, construction, and management of office/warehouse facilities and retail/commercial buildings. rick@carolinaholdings.us |

Dennis D. Chisum is an active partner with Carolina Coast Holdings in Wilmington, NC. In 1974, after college, Mr. Chisum started his own construction company in Lubbock, Texas, where he was successful building commercial and residential projects. Mr. Chisum moved his company to Wilmington, NC in 1992, where he started several commercial and residential projects. In 1996 he formed a partnership with the Campagna's to jointly develop a multi-million dollar business park. His knowledge of regulatory agencies, codes and sub-contractors is unsurpassed. Today, Mr. Chisum owns four development companies with the Campagna's and is the construction arm of these ventures.
